I really feel you! Though, since I’ve found something fun to do I havent had this thought at all! I’ve discovered climbing and pilates as my exercise instead of going to the gym. And it really helped me get motivated to exercise 🙂 !

What can I add to that? Gym yes says mind, body replies WTF you on about!!
Motivating to do it is the hard part…that and wondering when the Uber fit past life stopped and what was I thinking when it did lol

Nor am I….my neighbour has built a gym at the end of the garden! Their kids hardly use it, so they gave us keys!! Fully equipped too.
